L.E. mobile develops and sells electric vehicles. We currently focus on conversions of donor vehicles and use state-of-the-art available components. The conversion based on the Audi A2 platform has already been completed successfully.
If you are interested in a car, which:

- gives you an entirely new driving fun,
- is low on operating costs and taxes,
- solves all your every day commuting needs within a range
of 100 - 200 km and - additionally has all the state of the art comfort and safety features

Other platforms are also attractive for conversion. We offer support if you plan to convert your vehicle, even if it is not an Audi A2.
We are convinced that electric vehicles can solve many mobility needs already. Attractive areas of operation are:
urban areas- mobility needs of local services
- fleet usage
- islands and other regions with geographic range limit
All components are available. Most of individual mobility takes place within a range of less than 100 km. Therefore, the range problem is already solved. However, infrastructure and market offerings for seldom long distance drives need development. Without the burden of old business models independent manufacturers will manage the breakthrough of the electric vehicle.
After the Munich ecartec we are also present on the Solar Mobility in Berlin from 16.2.10 - 20.2.10. A good chance to get in touch and try out the car.

All testdrives have been successfully completed by the eAudi despite snow and freezing temperatures. Among the testdrives was also a drive of about 100 km into the Harz. After optimizing the energy management the maximum expected range shall be proven.
Since we generously made a testdrive with only the battery pack in the sandwich floor, the packs had no longer been balanced. An electric kettle can help on the road to speed up the process.
Finished timely the eAudi A2 was promoted as showcar on the 3. Meeting of Experts. This was the first time we were present in the Leipzig region.
Integrating the der Li-Ion battery in the sandwich floor and the front the Range phase is officially completed. So far, the battery works without a heating system. The first test drives in Winter will show whether this is necessary.
EMC testing was also required for our eAudi A2. Hightech equipment in a hightech laboratory was listening very sensitively. Apart from the DC/DC-converter the test has been passed. More impressions among the highlights of the Range Phase.

We also were present on the first tradeshow for electric vehicles, joining the BSM booth. At first sight one exhibiton hall seemed to be very little. But there were many exhibitors and the three days tradeshow was packed with talks, inquiries and exchange of experiences. More on "impressions".
Born when the first cars were on the road in Germany my grandma was a bit concerned whether such a strange vehicle will make it the long way to the Elbe. Finally, she just noted: "It is a normal car, but I like its silence ..."
There could be more public parking lots like this in L.E.. During a meeting with Thomic Ruschmeyer from BSM we not only discussed the current project of the Audi A2 eConversion, but also general German latest news. Cheap and simple charging stations like these from Park&Charge could be a good start ...
What a surprise! Mr. Manthey from Bundesverband Solarmobilität came along for a testdrive. With his long year experience and valuable contacts he was an excellent co-pilot and partner in conversation. We both share the enthusiasm about the Audi A2 and exchanged numerous ideas and contacts, including a snpashot of our meeting. The future drives electric!
Of course the car is running with 100% renewable energy from own, ups, solar production.
The first long distance drive (60 km) shall prove whether the target criteria of max speed (120 km/h) and energy consumption (< 17 kWh/100 km) can be achieved. 
The Phoenix phase is now officially completed and the car is transferred by Jens Scheil, owner of the company Bosch-Service Scheil from Lindenthal / Leipzig. Swen Streubel, Jens Scheil and Mr. Gliesche proudly present the electric vehicle in front of the garage. 
The converted Audi A2 drives silently and smoothly out of the garage und starts its first testdrives!
